PRICES: All prices are Retail. Demartineau reserves the right to change prices without notice. Items may be discontinued without notice.

TERMS: All orders are paid before it ships. ITEMS that are “special order” may require a 50% Down payment to produce that item. Usually they higher value items. Shipping charges are paid by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you find it necessary to cancel an order, call our customer service line at 763-777-9084. You will be given a cancellation number for your records. An order may be cancelled up to 5 days prior to its scheduled shipment. Any items that are custom or personalized cannot be canceled after in production. In the event that a cancelled order is shipped to you, simply call us with your cancellation number and a return authorization will be issued. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

BACK ORDERS: We reserve the right to ship back orders unless especially instructed in writing to cancel back orders.

CREDIT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal as methods of payment. We hope that by offering this service, it will provide cost saving to you and speed up the processing of your order.

MINIMUM ORDERS: The minimum opening order is $300.00. All re-orders under $150.00 will be subject to a $15.00 service charge.

RETURNS: Despite our quality assurance efforts, damages can occur in production, transit and order processing errors are made. Please inspect all merchandise carefully. We want you to be as proud to sell our product as we are producing it. Call our customer services department at 763-777-9084 within 5 days of delivery to report damages or claims, you will be given a return authorization number that expires in 15 days. Only returns with a valid authorization numbers will be accepted by our warehouse. Please pack authorized returns carefully with product in original packing to avoid damages. Product returned with your price stickers or other markings or without original packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a shipment has been damaged in transit, it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the shipment. Please hold all cartons and packaging materials until you speak to us.

Handcrafted Products: Most Demartineau product is handcrafted, Variations in color, size, and finish are characteristics of handmade items. These are not considered flaws and will not be credited upon return. We may exchange them for same or more expensive item and the differences and shipping charges may apply.

SHIPPING: Due to the nature of our product, some items will be shipped in oversized cartons, which may result in additional freight charges and maybe sent signature required and or insured. The customer will be responsible for all additional freight re-consigned or reshipments. Drop ships are also available.

Warranty: Damaged items will be replaced with the identical style. Some restrictions apply. Discontinued items are not under warranty.
